We have been able to confirm that the release of the next Lego Harry Potter video game (for Years 1 through 5) will be November, 1st 2011. The series has been a cash cow much like the film franchise, and the combination of LEGO sales along with the huge audience Lego video games attract make this a conformable win on the video game marketplace well before release.
Question: Will the older Lego Harry Potter look older or still his younger 1 – 5 self? Hmmmm…..
From the Devs:
“In LEGO Harry Potter: Years 5-7, we are giving gamers a truly epic conclusion to the most successful movie franchise in history with delightful gameplay for fans of all ages,” said Tom Stone, Managing Director, TT Games. “We have built upon the first game and are giving fans even more magical abilities, puzzle solving and exploration, in addition to our distinctive brand of hilarious LEGO humour and charm.”
Comparing the Lego Harry Potter Years 1-5 cover above to the picture below doesn’t confirm any age adjustments.
